The fee to attend the 2017 Calgary Energy Roundtable conference is $695 + GST for private sector delegates and $595 + GST for government and not-for-profit delegates.
Dedicated tables of eight are also available. The fee is $4,500 + GST for private sector and $3,850 + GST for government and not-for-profit. Tables are situated in a premium location at the conference and table sponsors will be recognized at the event. Space is limited to two hundred delegates. The delegate fee includes a networking reception on Tuesday, October 10th (Suite 3500, 855 – 2nd Street W, Bankers Hall East Tower), all conference materials, breakfast and lunch at the Hyatt Regency. Delegates will also be provided with exclusive access to the participant list and conference presentations on the password protected website following the event. Cancellations, minus a 10% administrative charge on the delegate fee, are permitted up to September 12, 2017. After this date, no refunds will be issued. Substitution of delegates may occur at any time.
