The conference will take place on Thursday, November 16th in the SOCO Ballroom at the Delta Toronto Hotel located at 75 Lower Simcoe Street.
Delegate fees
The early bird fee to attend the 2023 National Energy Roundtable is $695 + HST for private sector delegates and $595 + HST for public sector and not for profit delegates.
As of October 1, 2023, the delegate fee will increase to $795 + HST for private sector delegates and $695 + HST for public sector and not for profit delegates.
The delegate fee includes access to all conference sessions (includes breakfast, lunch, breaks and networking session), conference materials and password protected access to the conference presentations, where relevant, on The Energy Roundtable website following the event.
Delegate discounts
Discounts are available for groups of 3 or more delegates.
Tables of 8 are also available for purchase. Reserved in a premium location at the conference, a table offers convenience, flexibility and a significant cost discount on a per delegate basis. Table hosts will be recognized on the conference website and at the event.

Terms
Participation at the National Energy Roundtable is limited to 350 delegates, on a first come, first serve basis. Cancellations, less a 10% administrative fee, are permitted up to October 16, 2023. After this date, refunds will not be issued. Tickets are transferable at any time and in the event of cancellation within 30 days of the conference, a credit for the full amount of the delegate fee can be issued for a future event.
